If you want to take your performance to another level it's important to develop your strength and fitness. Cross training with sports such as XC Mountain Biking and XC running are a good way to build up your endurance and aerobic fitness while challenging your balance at the same time, but it's very difficult to find another sport that engages all of the telemarking muscles. The following exercises will help you build up a few more of the muscles used when telemarking.
